Mr. Brosnahan founded BEE™in 1984.

Professional Experience:

After extensive broadcasting activities with KOVO and KFMC-96 FM and a successful "accepted for filing" with the Federal Communications Commission of an application for a radio station for Orem, UT as President of KORM, Inc, Mr. Brosnahan continued his professional communications career in the visual spectrum as Manager of Scoreboard Animations-KSL, Inc./Deseret News. While at KSL-FM he declined the position of Assistant Station Manager of KMBZ-FM in Kansas City, MO to continue in the visual spectrum as the National Marketing Development Specialist-American Sign & Indicator Corporation; Electronic Systems Specialist-Federal Sign division of Federal Signal Corporation (NYSE); President-Media & Management Representatives; National Manager Electronic Systems, Marketing Manager TeleMatrix-Heath & Company division of Fischbach Corporation (NYSE); Corporate Manager of Electronic Systems and Sales Manager of the largest division of Young Electric Sign Company (YESCO); President-BEE™; Vice President-Integrated Systems Engineering, Inc., division of Trans-Lux (AMEX); Chairman of the Board-Soft Arts Corporation™; Corporate Sales Specialist, Sales Trainer and Qualifing Contractor-Young Electric Sign Company (YESCO); Western Regional Manager-Trans-Lux Corporation and Fairtron Corporation division of Trans-Lux Corporation; Regional Vice President of White Way Sign and Maintenance Company; Technical Editor of Signs of The Times Magazine; Public Relations and Electronic Signs and Scoreboards Project Manager and Qualifing Contractor for Wasatch Electric Div. Mr. Brosnahan received a 1988 Golden Spike Award of Merit, Special Projects Miscellaneous from PRSA and IABC for BEE™'s "Snowbird Ski Run, Lift and Line Length Status and Information System." American Sign & Indicator Corporation purchased the patent rights. He received a 1985 award from IEEE for Outstanding Public and Community Service for his design and application of electronic message centers and meters for local and national telethons.

YESCO's Million Dollar Club 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, Mr. Brosnahan returned to YESCO in June 1989 when electronic display sales were 49% behind plan and finished out the remaining seven months 49.9% ahead of plan-an increase of 98.9%! Sales increased 39.3% over previous year the year Mr. Brosnahan was Sales Manager of the Salt Lake Division. Mr. Brosnahan completed partial year Final 1996 as the number three ranking by goal attainment and First Quarter 1997 number two ranking (number one ranking by actual sales dollars) in a field of 39 at Trans-Lux Corporation.

Concurrent to above, Mr. Brosnahan was the Director of the Utah Salt Lake Area Public Communications Council for eight years and the Assistant Director for California Los Angeles and Utah Salt Lake Areas Public Communications Councils for five years.


Graduated with a B.A. in Communications (Advertising-Public Relations, Business Management-Marketing and a teaching minor in German) from Brigham Young University Continued as a candidate for a M.A. in Communications. Attended the University of Utah and Whittier College. Accredited by the Public Relations Society of America (APR) , Certified Lease Professional (CLP), and Certified as an Engineer-In-Training (EIT) and candidate for Professional Engineer (PE)-Electrical Discipline in the States of Utah and Colorado. LIFE Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc General Electrical-Structural, Sign (S-440) Contractor in Utah, YESCO's qualifier for many years and (S-440) qualifier for Wasatch Electric. Brosnahan was the Associated Student Body President of El Rancho High School, Pico Rivera, CA and graduated in Mathematics in 1962.


Timothy Brosnahan married Gayle Ann Barley of Montrey Park and Lake Arrowhead, CA in the Salt Lake Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Mrs. Brosnahan is a certified Utah elementary school teacher and retired from Indian Hills and Bonneville Elementary Schools in Salt Lake City, UT. They are the parents of ten children, ages 46-26 years. They have twenty-two grandchildren. They currently tutor 6th graders at Bonneville Elementary and attend Educational Psychology Department graduate classes at the University of Utah.

Brosnahan, his four sons and all seven elgible grandsons are Eagle Scouts in the Boy Scouts of America. Brosnahan served a two-and-one-half years mission and was the director of the European Information Service in Berlin and Northern Germany for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Tim and Gayle completed Church Education System missions in Alpine German-Speaking (Vienna, Austria) and Scotland/Ireland (Sligo, Ireland). They currently serve as Salt Lake Temple Ordinance Workers, Ward Primary Teachers and Emergency Preparation Directors in the Monument Park 12th Ward. Brosnahan is retired from the Rotary Club of Salt Lake City #24, Chairing the Rotary Foundation and a Paul Harris Fellow.

Brosnahan was born in Long Beach, CA. He has resided in Lead, SD; Compton, CA; Pico Rivera, CA; Berlin, Germany; Provo, UT; Orem, UT; BelAir, CA and Salt Lake City, UT; Vienna, Austria and Sligo, Ireland.

Brosnahan was the Corporate Manager of Electronic Systems and Sales Manager of the largest division of Young Electric Sign Company (YESCO). . Brosnahan was the Western Regional Manager of Trans-Lux Corporation Fairtron Corporation, represented ColorVision was a Regional Vice President of White Way Sign and Maintenance Company. . Among scoring systems produced by White Way are the United Center, Delta Center and America West Arena. Public Relations and Electronic Signs and Scoreboards Project Manager and Qualifing Contractor for Wasatch Electric Div. EMCOR Corp., where Brosnahan was the Project Manager for the Largest Interior LED Video Screen in the World for CelÚne Dion's A New Day at the Pavillion at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas, NV. and the Scoring Systems and Campus Information HDTV Control Room at the University of Utah. .
